Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organiser/trouble shooter to join a well established and fast growing business as they set up a new consumer ecommerce offering. Your role will be to provide a pivotal link between ecommerce and service, ensuring the best is achieved out of the ecommerce platform, logistics, customer service and finance. You will be making sure demand planning, forecasting, stock and customer enquiries are efficiently handled and that the site & platform are running well.
The ultimate aim is to ensure consumers receive the best service possible and teams are supported in their delivery as well as driving sales with data & insight.

The role is commutable from Southampton, Eastleigh and Fareham.
