Hi everyone, Happy New Year! I hope you all enjoyed the festive season and took some time off to relax and enjoy yourself. With the New Year now here, it’s time to say goodbye to the multiple mince pies and glasses of mulled wine and start easing our bodies back into regular eating and exercise again. I use the word ‘easing’ because I think it’s important to understand that no fad diet or endless hours in the gym are going to miraculously give you the body you want in 5 minutes. It’s not healthy on the body and these ‘quick fixes’ don’t last! Instead, take your time to get back into exercise, eat well when you can,hydrate your body and you’ll be back to your happy,healthy self before you know it.
