The tournament was set up by ip-Xchange and took place in the business park where our offices are located, with the ultimate goal of raising money for the charity LandAid. The teams included:

ip-Xchange Team 1
ip-Xchange Team 2
Whiteley Wanderers Team 1
Whiteley Wanderers Team 2
Business Life Centre Womens Team

The Solutions team were called up for the fourth match for the BLC Womens Team to face their opponents: ‘The Parents’. Despite a strong performance and some tenacious tackling from the BLC team, ‘The Parents’ took the lead and booked their place in the final for a clash against Whiteley Wanderers Team 1.

In the final, both teams looked like they could take the title, but there could only be one winner. Deadlock was eventually broken by ‘The Parents’ who went on to clinch the win!

We had a great time participating in the event and are delighted to see that almost £1,000 has been raised for LandAid so far. If you would like to make a donation towards the charity, you can do so here.
