Job Description

This is a fast grown and exciting manufacturing company with high ego and a young and energetic team.
They have an excellent reputation for quality product and an even better customer service and you are going to make that even better! You will be the face of the Service department on the telephone and when customers visit and will be assisting the Service Manager in ensuring customers receive the very best customer service.

The role is commutable from Basingstoke, Andover, Newbury, Marlborough and Salisbury.

This incredibly important role requires a person who is able to think, “How can I make this better” and support in doing so. From lightening the load of a colleague, to stepping in to suggest and implement a new and improved way of doing things; this role is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make a difference.  You must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be the happy, welcoming and reassuring voice on the end of the line when a customer calls in. You must be level headed, calm and collected and be able to handle heated customers.
