Plus your dedicated consultant will utilise the tools available to ensure that the shortlist of CV’s sent to you will not only tick all the boxes, but have that extra spark to be a real asset to your company.
There is no added cost for this service and we look to ensure that we give you the time and quality that your company and role deserve.
The service will involve:

Meeting with your consultant to discuss the skills and competencies of the role. This meeting can be held face to face or by telephone at your convenience.

The role will then be advertised on targeted job boards to reflect the level and type of role.

Your consultant will then complete a full database search to see if we have existing candidates that fit the brief. We also have a pool of passive job seekers that are always keen to hear of new opportunities.

Solutions have built strong relationships around the south and are involved with a large network of Marketing, PR and Design professionals. With this network, alongside valuable tools, we are able to passively headhunt for your position.

After screening and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates you will receive a short list that you’ll then just have to choose from!

Your consultant will arrange interviews, references and all communication between yourselves and the candidate.
