We are taking a leaf out of our clients books and refocusing on our service offering and every aspect of the marketing mix. The website has had a makeover along with our other communication tools. We want to make sure we are contacting you with the right information, at the right time, in the right place.

 

This was our best trading year on record due to the team’s hard work and dedication.

 

To make sure we were talking to our clients and candidates regularly we introduced the Solutions 4 Recruitment monthly newsletter.

 

As our database of clients and candidates grew, we decided to update our recruitment software to make sure we could manage and communicate efficiently and effectively.

 

Having been recruiting permanent positions successfully for six years we diversified into offering contract and temporary positions.

 

With the phones getting busier and the database getting larger it was time to recruit for ourselves and expand the team to six.

 

A revolution that was to change the way Solutions recruited came into play, ‘Broadband came to Bishops Waltham’. Paper was still a large element of communication but email was slowly becoming more popular.

The launch of Solutions 4 Recruitment’s first ever website, this opened up the gate way to new and exciting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Carole Clarke founded Solutions 4 Recruitment when she moved down from London to the South Coast. Carole comes from a background of recruitment, thriving on the fast paced, exciting environment.
