Solutions have recently launched their new Response Handling service in response to today’s market and the need for more flexibility within our business relationships.

Our response handling service enables the client to decide how much of the recruitment process they would like managed and co-ordinated by us. The fee is then determined by the work done rather than a % of the starting salary of the successful candidate. For example, if a client wanted us to manage the response to an advertisement they had placed in a specialist publication, we would then receive all applications, screen them and then forward them onto the recruiting manager, or expand the service by carrying out telephone and face to face interviews, depending on how much of the process out client wanted to outsource.

We have had lots of interest from clients who are looking for the perfect candidate but would like to retain more control of the process or do not have the budget to enlist the usual full recruitment agency service.
